Jump 3 & 4: Freefall Stability

AFF Stage 3: Hover control

2 jumpmasters

Aims: 

  • Observation of spotting commands.

  • Practice Pull at jumpmasters' option.

  • Heading maintenance.

  • Hover control.

  • Solo pull completed by 4000 ft.

    Minimum requirements:

  • Exit from a minimum 9000 ft

  • Arm and leg trim confirmation.

  • Height awareness check at 5000 ft. 

AFF Stage 4: Consolidation

1 jumpmaster

Aims:

  • Observation of spotting commands.

  • Practice Pull at jumpmasters' option.

  • Heading maintenance.

  • Hover control.

  • Longer solo freefall time.

  • Solo pull completed by 4000 ft.

    These are as per Stage 3, but with emphasis on improving hover control and eliminating any faults or problems encountered on the previous jump.

    Minimum requirements:

  • Exit from a minimum 8000 ft

  • Arm and leg trim confirmation.

  • Height awareness check at 5000 ft.

  • Wave and pull.

    Note: A single jumpmaster exit is optional on this jump.

ANALYSIS- Everyone learns differently. This is a fact. Our mentoring program ensures that you are given an approriate amount of one on one time to amplify your strengths and develop your weaknesses. 

TRAINING- We use a tried and tested training methodology developed in conjunctions with the Australian Parachute Federations Safety and Training Manager.

RESULTS: We set you on a journey where you can achieve what ever you want in the sport.
