Skydiving is an active sport. It is considered an adventure sport.

Almost anyone can skydive given the right set of skills, knowledge and physical fitness. As with any sport what is involved in training to prepare yourself for participation is what is key.

Before any of my students embark on any of my skydiving courses, my first priority is to ensure they have the required physical fitness having the appropriate core strength abilities and mobility and develop required muscle memory to progress though the stages in the course as quickly as possible.

We also work on techniques to embed decision making skills and ability to recognise and understand majority of possible outcomes during a skydive. We also teach time efficient problem solving This is through meditative practices to slow the brain down be more psychologically and spatially aware and be able to understand, identify think, interpret and respond appropriately.
